What is an FAQ section?An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

How can I add my FAQs?Email your questions to support@kittenskorneronline.com. Your question will be reviewed and answered via email. If I receive multiple emails in reference to the same questions, I will add them to the FAQ section.

Do you offer gifts cards?Yes, we do! Simply navigate to our "Gift Cards" page and purchase in whatever denomination you need.

Do you offer any payment plans?Kitten's Korner, itself, does not offer any payment plans or "lay away" plans. However, you CAN choose AfterPay at checkout or PayPal Pay Later.

How long until purchased items ship?Kitten's Korner will always rush to get items that are already made and in stock shipped out within 1-2 days. Items that need to be made or customized will generally ship within 2-3 days, depending on inventory and difficulty of design. At Kitten's Korner, we are impatient, and understand that you want your gift just like we would. If there is any type of delay, we will ensure to communicate that to you and work with you to make sure you remain a satisfied customer.

How are items shipped.Non-breakable gifts like T-Shirts, pillow cases, dog shirts, banners, and such will ship in a Kitten's Korner Mailer which is your typical flat mailer envelope. Mugs and Tumblers will ship in a box with padding. If you have and specific shipping requests, feel free to reach out to us at support@kittenskorneronline.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
